Your 235/80-22.5 tires are a bit over 37 inches in diameter. I'd recommend the Adco Tyre Gard in black, part # 290-3970 for tire diameters between 36-39 inches. As you can see in the linked video, the covers are easy to install, using the included bungee ball cords which provide a snug fit.
